What Causes Burning Sensation On The Back?

Feels like something burning going down my back. Almost like when you swallow something and you can feel it move.. I don t know how to explain it, just that it feels like a chunk of something is going down my back and it burns... almost feels like a heart burn but not.

@ This is in relation with skin hypersensitivity to temperature sensation via
alterations in heat threshold of the particular segments of the skin .
@ General measures recover it faster as it is self limiting situation
# avoid exposure to sunlight or excess heat areas
# wear clean , dry , cotton , airy clothes
# keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid and dry
# dusting powder as clotrimazole (1%) application 3 times a day with
alternate application of sandal paste in clean water 4-5 times a day
