What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina And Frequent Urination?

Hi. My boyfriend and I has unprotected sex two nights ago and yesterday night I had a burning sensation along with frequent peeing even if a little comes out and light pink spotting. I know he didn t cum and he peed so I m not afraid of precum, so is this caused by a UTI, could he have hit something? I don t feel pregnant and my period doesn t start for another 10-12 days so it couldn t be implantation bleeding. Which is it and if UTI, does cranberry juice really help? Thank you so much.
