What Causes Burning Sensation In Upper Back Area Radiating Towards Chest?

I have burning pain upper right back quadrant feels like some one knocking breath out of me. Burning starts in back then straight through to just below right breast area. Hard to breath comes and goes in minutes. Feel some relief when I push hard on back area against wall.you want money just to advise or suggest a probable diagnosis & direct me to a physician here in my city. Whether it is life threatening or not what about your oath.

Whats your age? How long have you been having the symptoms? Are you on any medications currently?Does the pain increase on exertion? Do you have cough, sputum or fever? Do you have hypertension, diabetes , bronchial asthma or any other disorders that i should know about?I need a complete history.
