What Causes Burning Sensation In The Urethra?

I have burning in my urethra and a small pimple where my shaft meets the head of my penis. The head will sometimes have a red color to it and the other day I had a white substance that was liquid and also a little dried up at the entrance of my urethra. Is this chlamydia or gonorhea? Or could the pimple be herpes? I ve had the pimple for about 2 weeks and has had no change. I m thinking the pimple is still present due to stress? Please help!

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
Burning sensation in the urethra can be due to Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
I would suggest that you should get your urine examined (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity test).
Drink lots of water daily.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor along with the reports of urine examination will help in planning your further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards.Thanks.
