What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis After Oral Sex?

Received oral sex from female. Next day I began experiencing discomfort in penis only after urinating is complete. Also feeling a burning irritation and urgency to urinate that only produces a small amount. The sensations go away when not thinking of it. I ve taken AZO products recently that have temporary stopped the discomfort but it returns. Am I dealing with an UTI?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of burning sensation in penis after urination and urgency indicate an underlying bacterial infection.

Primary relief with plenty of liquids, cranberry tablets, analgesic and prescription of urinary antibiotic as fluoroquinolones or else from your primary care provider.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
