What Causes Burning Sensation In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hi doctor, My mantoux test was positive with 16 mm and wuantiferon tb gold test is positive also. Recently i have lost around 10 kg weight. All my hemogram , lft and kft are normal and withing range while esr is 16. Also i always feel a burning sensation in my lower left abdomen that changes its place in lower left area. Also my chest xray is normal. Do you think i am suffering with intestinal tb or some other disease? Also my stool in soft and i go only once and have been passing a lot of gas and noticeable burping sometimes.

* The narrated symptoms may be or may not be in concern with intestine tuberculosis.

* Kindly get a diagnostic lap with or without CT abdomen & pelvis for the status evaluation of intestine in concern with possible Koch`s.
