What Causes Burning Sensation In The Abdomen And Frequent Urination?

I had inserted an object into my penis and it didn t hurt but when I pulled it out there was a good bit of blood at the end of the penis. When I would start to pee for about 3-4 days after I would get just a faint amount of blood for a quick second. It stopped after the 3-4 days its been about a month now and I have a slight burning and lower belly fullness feeling and going to the bathroom quite often. There is no visible signs of anything going on with my penis. Should I be OK and do I most likely have a UTI that could be treated with antibiotics?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
Yes these symtoms are quite suggestive of a UTI , and I personally understand that you should get a urine analysis done to see for UTI and get antibiotics which in few days would cover it .
The initial bleeding was probably because of damage to the inside mucosa of your penis due to penetrated object .That's hopefully now healed but this is a risk of UTI which you may have .So it's good to chek for UTI amd get treatment.
Hope I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. kind Regards Dr Rahman
