What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

This morning I woke up and masturbated. I then went to the restroom urinated and felt a burning sensation. I then noticed that there was blood coming out of my penis. After this, the burning sensation subsided when I urinated, but I also notice a decrease in the amount I urinated. Through out the day, I noticed that small amounts of clear liquid is being secreted from my penis.
