What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination ?

Hello, I am suffering from burning sensation during urination and itching also after urination and even in anus .But stools are normal I don t have constipation problem. Recently I have consulted doctor but found no infection in urine . Even I was tested for chlamydia but no infection. The most important thing is that am suffering from this frequently. Could you please advice me . Hopefully waiting for your solution.

Understand your concern
For exact diagnosis consult the urologist.
Following are the causes of your problem:
Hygiene problem
Urethritis
STDs: gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis, hiv
Stone and tumor in urinary tract
Epididmytis
Orchitis
Chronic prostatitis

Get the done below tests:
Most important: urinary culture to identify the pathogen and take antibiotics according to that.
Urine analysis, Blood sugars, Blood urea, creatinine, Cystoscopy, Cystogram, Pelvic examination, CBC, ESR, PSA, test of prostatic fluids.

Meanwhile
take plenty of fluids at least 8 liters
Take fruits juice like cranberry, orange and pineapple
After diagnosis take proper treatment.
