What Causes Burning Sensation Below Breast While Having HIV And Asthma?

I am an HIV positive on ARV's since 2006. l am an asthmatic patient as well. l have a burning, painful sensation below my left breast going to my back since yesterday. What could this be? I am also developing warts all over the body how is that treated and what causes them

I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that it could be a Herpes zoster infection, on a dermatomal dustributuion. It is common on HIV positive patient. Kindly take the acyclovir tablet under your doctors guidance.
