What Causes Burning Sensation Around The Nipples?

Hi! I was in Jamaica for the past week and I just came back yesterday, yesterday I started getting burning sensation near my nipple and when I looked there was a brown scabby scally blister and it hurts to the touch but also hurts when I don t touch it. My breast feels heavier then usual but I checked and couldn t find any lumps. Should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, burning sensation is suggestive of more acid secretion (Hyperacidity) because of this muscle go in state of spasm and that may cause the chest pain too, it is the hyperacidity but it should be rule out for cardiac disease and pulmonary disease if the symptoms persist or it is responding to PPI therapy.
It may not be the matter of concern, if it get all right with Tab Omeprazole (PPI) and with changing the diet, try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy meal, prior to bed.
hope this information helps.
