Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from neuropathy pain of long cutaneous nerve of thigh.

It is seen in people with diabetes, obese people or who are wearing tight out fit etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Wear loose cloths, reduce excessive stretching at waist, try to loose weight.

Use tablet Pregabalin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
