What Causes Burning Sensation And Irritation During Defecation?

about 3 weeks ago I woke up with I think was a hemroid I am a male 49 years old never had any before I used preparation h and tucks seemed to get better then came back now it feels like it is up further inside me about 3 inches when I have a bowel movement it burns really bad and is kind of irritated. I just want to know if this is common with hemroids and how long do they last.

Burning sensation and irritation while passion stool is a common finding with fissure in anus.

Due to constant friction and poor hygiene leads to thinning of the skin between the buttocks and subsequently it turns into crack ( fissure) in skin.

I would advise you to avoid constipation, apply some anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine for symptomatic relief, visit your doctor before it aggravates further
