welcome to Health care magic.
1.It looks like there is some inflammation / infection in the breast, chances of recurrence also possible.
2.You need to get an ultrasound breast (residual or area where operated and healthy breast) and axillary regions to evaluate the cause and presence of any lymph nodal mass.
3.And at and at the same time abdomen pelvis scan to find out any where else causing the disease.
4.Get an appointment with your GP and get the needful investigations done.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
