What Causes Burning Pain In The Back?

I am experiencing burning of skin on my lower left back, around to the front of my abdomen, left side only. Sharp pains under my back left rib cage and around to my abdomen. I have have had a triple bypass in 2012. I am not smoking. Very active in my job as a construction worker. 46 years old. What could be causing this?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
There 2-3 possibilities for your pain.
1. Renal stone
2. Liver disease
3. Musculoskeletal pain.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of your back.
Ultrasound examination of abdomen is also needed for the diagnosis.
If all these are normal then possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
