General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. There can be multiple causes. First you need to check your blood sugars to rule out diabetes. Diabetes is one of the causes of burning and tingling in toes. You also need to check your liver and kidney function tests. Also rule out heart conditions through ECG, TMT and ECHO. These are the major conditions which may cause swelling in the leg.

Kindly consult a physician and get all these tests done. You can also take Tablet Neurobion once a day for one month. Tingling sensation may come down if its due to some neurologic cause. You can try it.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
