What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation On Scalp While Treating Folliculitis?

I believe I have Folliculitis. My scalp has been on fire for a little while now. There is a lot of tingling happening. I also have chronic sinusitis. When looking up folliculitis I also found it could be associated with sinusitis. Could this be true and what can I do to treat the folliculitis? Also from time to time I get light head and and dizzy.
