What Causes Burning And Swelling In Vagina And Perineum With Brownish Discharge?

Hi so my vagina burns when I peer his started on my period , it itches and my perineum burns and both my vagina and perineum are swollen and I have discharged like its yellow brownish . My period only lasted for three days but it still continues .. But the burning while I pee has stopped and the itching has too for the past day the only thing is my vagina is swollen and my perineum burns and discharge

Hi,

Burning and swelling in vagina and perineum with brownish discharge is due to infection which leads inflammation in that area. Use Miconazole Nitrate 2 % Anti fungal Cream for local application.

Take oral medicine tab Norflox-tinidazole and tablet Fluconazole for 5 days. Take Tab. Aceclofenac three times a day to cure swelling and burn in perineum. Since these are prescriptions you work with your primary care doctor to achieve these.
