Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a small white bump on the bottom of my heel. It is painful if you push on it and almost feels as though there is a small stone in there. It is not particularly bothersome if I am not in bare feet and hurts most after the gym. I have had it for about 3 weeks and it seemed to get bigger over the last couple of days. I don t think it is a wart and know it is not a blister. Any thoughts? it is, maybe, a little less than 1/4 inch long.
I think this can be a callus or wart so you can send me a photo to check it and evaluate it. You can use salycilic acid patches to help cure it. Wear comfortable wide shoes.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
