What Causes Bumps On The Back And Neck?

My boyfriend has these bumps that when you mash them the stuff that comes out is brown yellowish and most of the time you can t feel them but he says it hurts and when I squeeze that stuff SQUIRTS out. It s awful. They are on the back of his neck and back

Hi. It is most likely to be acne. Though acne is common in face, it is also possible to have them in the neck and back. It is also worthwhile to see if he has dandruff. Nothing needs to be done. It will automatically settle
