As per tour complain and explanation of symptoms it seems that you have apthous ulcers or canker stores which may or may not occur due to some underlying cause and the exact cause of its occurrence is unknown. You should do warm saline gargles.. Gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia can help.. Dilute hydrogen peroxide gargles can be relieving.. For pain OTC painkillers like Ibuprofen can be taken.. A 15 days dose of multivitamin should be taken.. In case of pain lignocaine gel can be applied over the ulcers for relief especially during meals.. Sucking on ice pops can provide relief.. Avoid spicy and hard food.. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration.. Maintain a good Oral hygiene.. In case if the ulcers does not resolve you should consult a doctor and get evaluated and steroid therapy can be given to you as the ulcers which doesn t resolve by other treatments has to be treated with steroids..
