General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the skin eruptions with burning through urination can be related to superficial skin infection by gram positive bugs as staph aureus or others. Before consulting a skin specialist, following measures will give soothing actions:
- Local cleansing with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Calamine lotion application 3 times a day
- Avoid analgesic if pain score is below 3 out of 10
- Avoid sexual intercourse

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
