What Causes Bump On The Top Of Buttocks?

Hi i have had a bump the top of my crack and i dont have any insurance so nervous on going to the er it did hurt bad at first then no pai. For a month now its a little uncomfortable . It worries me and starting to stress a little please tell me what can it be??? Its under the skin and hasnt got any bigger

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling could be due to lymph node or could be lipoma in either case this is nothing to worry unless it has got some infection then and then it need to be treated but for that you have to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
