What Causes Bump On Middle Of Spine?

I have a medium size, unusual bump on the middle of my spine. It feels maybe allitte water like when I run my hands on it. It defenitly feels like it is in or exactly on my spine. It is in one area. When i bend over I can feel it better. It has been there for a good month now and hurts worse every day. What steps should I take to get to the bottom of this? please advise, thanks. liz

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I will suggest you to go for investigation as it can be tuberculous in origin due to its slow growth. You need to go for ultrasound of respective region to know its consistency, also blood complete picture and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Faisal Bacha, Internal Medicine Specialist
