What Causes Bump On Leg?

I have a small bump on my leg, and when I squeezed it, one after another in different locations on the bump, these white, hard things came out that somewhat resemble when you pop a pimple. But it s much much harder and they came out of individual pockets on this tiny bump, and they re roughly all the same size. Roughly half the size of the length of my pinky nail. What is this?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the lesion is an abscess which is a collection of pus.

The most definitive treatment is incision and drainage of the area. This is an in office procedure and would remove all pockets of pus.

Pockets or small areas of pus may still remain even though the area was squeezed.

Antibiotics may also be needed.

I hope this helps
