What Causes Bump On Head, Nausea And Dizziness After An Injury?

Hi Dr.Rynne, I m 53 years old and on June 3rd I was hit on the left forehead with a metal bar. I immediately had a bump on my head,nausea,dizzy I ended up going to the ER and they took x-rays of my head and neck and did not find anything.Since then I have had a migraine headache every day, I am closing my right eye alot and have been very irritable. Could you shed some light on this? Thank You Nance Mann

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, head injury always need to be taken seriously and CT of head is must no matter how bad it is, so better to get done CT head because anything could happen at any time, if this is normal then something else can be thought, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
