The cause of the Swelling may be ductal pappiloma a benigh tumor which presend with bloody discharge u didn't mention your age.swelling in the breast depending on the age of presentation.for screening breast cancer need to do mammography.visit a surgeon for clinical examination of swelling.mostly the treatment for cases is surgical.if it is infection it can be managed medically.but don't worry every think will be fine
