Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I noticed a bump between my vagina and anus, it s skin color doesn t hurt and did not turn white when soaked in vinegar( some skin to one side of it did) but not the bump itself. I noticed it a cpl weeks ago but thought it might be an ingrown hair. I feel it has increased in size but I may just be Bing paranoid about it. I ve been with the same guy for 6 months and was not sexually active for 9 months prior to that. Should I be concerned? What could it be?
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
You need a proper evaluation and treatment of the lump. It may be a simple skin infection, or a cancerous growth as you say it has increased in size. Anyway it needs to be evaluated properly by a physician. So I preferably suggest you to consult your local primary care physician for complete evaluation and treatment.
Hope I answered all of your health concerns . If you have further questions in future, feel free to contact me anytime. In the start of your question write my name, and I will get back to you in no time. If satisfied, please click you found it helpful.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
