hi my ultrasound results showed that my right ovary is bulky and measures 44x24mm contains a small cyst which measures 16mm in diameter and also multiple immature peripheral follicles consistent with typical PCO appearance. Left ovary is also bulky and measures 40x2omm contains a small follicle which measures 14mm. No free fluid in pouch of Douglas. I am 27 years old please tell me what does this mean and will I be able to have children?
