What Causes Bruising Along With Severe Pain In Knee?
I tripped and fell a few weeks ago and landed kneecap first onto concrete pavement. It was scraped and bruised at the time. Now it hurts and burns on the inside of my knee - like if my pants leg gets too tight when I bend it or when I put any pressure on the knee cap- no matter if it s me kneeling in a mattress. Why is it so painful?

This might have a caused a contusion there. If you have not tried any drugs, try taking analgesics like Ibuprofen for 3-5 days to see the response. Take after food with water to avoid gastric upset. If you have not found relief by then, kindly see an orthopedist for further evaluation.
