What Causes Bruised Looking Spot In The Mid Spine?

Hello! For the past few days I've been feeling a spot in my mid spine that feels a bit bruised, but there's nothing visible. It's localized in one spot, and seems to get worse if I lay down too long; so I'm hoping it's not pancreatic cancer (my grandfather recently died from this). It started at first as something barely noticeable, but now it feels like almost between a cyst and a bruise right in the middle of my back and is slightly sore to the touch. Any ideas? Thank you so much!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, better stop thinking about the big disease lime malignancy and cyst and if you go on thinking like that then there would be no limit of this but in my opinion better to get done the MRI of spine till then try to come out the bad impression and just relax it may not be like that as you are thinking hope this information helps.
