I recently had rough sex with my girlfriend after which I noticed what appeared to be rug burn across my penis, no raised bumps or anything and within a day the burn areas had flaked over and peeled away though it was slightly sensitive after. Most of the trauma I believe was from rough oral sex. However she did pursue rough intercourse while on top of me, which leads to the question, I noticed what appeared as a slight non-painful ingrown hair right around my front belt line where my public hair begins, I pulled it out but I damaged the skin immediately leaving a small open wound. I put some neosporan and triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% the next day. I end up having rough sex again, and showers would only reopen this small rice size sore. Another day goes by and I notice another hair bump I tried to see the hair but it appeared not above skin, i tried to squeeze (no pain) but no luck, both bumps did not have fluid or coloration I only noticed by feel. Now today the 4th day I notice a small patch of clear blisters total area about nickel size. Starting get concerned but there was a lot of dry friction during sex, and not sure if the ointment s irritated me.
