What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge Along With Pelvic Pain And Excessive Sweating?

I am 41, had a tubal 13 years ago, an endometrial ablation 5 1/2 years ago. I still have light periods but my last period was spotty & brown & now I m almost a week late for the next one. I ve still had my normal symptoms-change in mood & pelvic pains. This past week I was very tired but that seems to have gotten better. Two-three weeks ago I was sweating a lot at night but it was hard to tell if it was related to summer heat or not. Could I be pregnant or is this a sign of something rlse

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Your age is 41 and you are near to menopause and that is the reason why you are having such type of symptoms. It is not related to pregnancy . The hot feeling and sweating you are having is nothing but hotflushes which is common at your age and it doesnt signify any disease. If still you think you are pregnant I suggest you to have home pregnancy test done for this. I also suggest you to get ruled out from thyroid diseases also. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
