I am on Microgestin Fe 1/20 as well as Bupropion HCL 300MG XL TAB ACT. I used to be on Sprintec (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol .350/.035 mg. I have been on the new BC and generic Welbutrin for 3 months now. When I first started them, all my panties would get a red/brown color to them, like spotting, but never enough to warrant a tampon. The first month, my period came as usual; the second month I had literally about 30 minutes of bleeding (for the entire time). I kept waiting, but my period never came full blown . This is now my third month in, and I should have started my period already, and am still not having one, nor did I have spotting or the 30 minute bleeding this time.
