What Causes Brownish Blood With Bad Odor While On Depo Shot?

I received my depo shot 2 months ago and within those 2 months i didnt get my period. 3 days ago i noticed brownish blood and it doesnt seem like my normal period i dont have cramps, the brownish blood stopped for a day and i had unprotected sex and now its back with a foul odor i would also like to mention that my urine has a bad smell also. Can some one help me im a little scared

Hi dear thanks for writing..your complain is suggestive of infection for that first of all get the vaginal swab test done. meanwhile maintain hygiene of private parts by using antiseptic wash, apply neosprin powder on affected area,do not scratch and take amoxclav antibiotic with tab ibuprofen..if problem persists consultant gynaecologist.
