What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Medication For Hormonal Imbalance?

Hi, I have just got married but before marriage I was taking few pills for harmone imbalance however we are planning for a baby I have got brownish kind of discharge now I m just a little scared of what it could, I also had pregnancy test day before yesterday and gave me negative on the card

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a gynecologist. Brown discharge can be due to some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal. Also as you had hormonal imbalance before, get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see if there is any other problem. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or by ovulation detection kits and see if ovulation is happening or not. If ovulation is not happening, I think you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry like clomiphene for inducing ovulation. It will increase chance of pregnancy.
