What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Contraceptive Pills?

Doc I was taking a contraceptive pills in December for only one month and then I stop I was perle after taking the pills I realize my period was coming for 8-9 days and two times a month so I go to an doctor he put me on a different contraceptive pill to regular my period and I realize after my period I was seeing brown discharge and I was also passing blood wen ever I go to the bathroom am seeing some black little spot in mix with the blood am wondering what s wrong

Hi I think you should go for evaluation first. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. Also get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any cervical pathology or infections. Hope it helps.
