What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Dizziness After Surgical Abortion?

Hello had a surgical abortion 5 weeks ago, soare bresst been gonna after 2 weeks, pregnancy test shows negative, but today get a brown discharge and a bad dizziness, is it normal? Got sore breasts and cramping almost a week now, like periods might start. ( no sexual intrecourse after abortion)

I understand your concern.
Some of the symptoms of pregnancy like sore breasts and imtermittent cramps could be experienced on and off for about 2 - 4 weeks following abortion. This occurs as certain hormones increased and produced during pregnancy takes time to reach to the basal levels.
Also, you could experience brown discharge for quite some time for about 4 to 6 weeks as it takes certain amount of time for the uterus to completely clear off the products of conception.
In the mean time, you could experience dizziness caused by weakness due to blood loss during abortion. You can take iron supplements in the form of tablets and syrup and consume iron rich foods in diet to overcome it.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for evaluation if the symptoms persist or gets worse.
