General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you have an infection of some aspect of the genitourinary tract ( kidneys, bladder, urethra, ureter, prostate).

These are normally associated with the symptoms that you are describing.

Infections can be due to sexually transmitted infections but can also be related to infections that are not transmitted sexually as well

You would need to be seen by your doctor. This assessment should include physical examination, urine analysis.
Antibiotics would be prescribed to help treat the infection

I hope this helps
