What Causes Brown Urination And Lower Backache While Suffering From Bladder Infection?

Hi. I have had creatinine tests run and they have come back with 1.02 - 1.04 range. The other value that I can t remember the name of was 55 and normal was 60. So I m having some trouble with my kidneys. I recently had a bladder infection and took antibiotics for it and completed the course. But now my urine is brown. I m pretty sure that means I have blood in my urine. Plus my lower back aches. I am in a wheelchair and have a hard time getting to the doctor so I only go if I really need to. Since I finished my antibiotics I would think I would be OK, but the blood in the urine concerns me. What do you recommend? What could be going on?
