What Causes Brown Stringy Vaginal Discharge While On Flat Tummy Tea Detox?
I am on Birth Control and have been doing a Flat Tummy Tea Detox , I have been having brown stringy sometimes goopy discharge for about a week, I should be getting my period in about a week and a half so I don t know if its spotting and why its been brown this whole time. Please help.

Hi,
Brend is a hormonal preparation and it can produce irregular menstrual flow. If you are taking pills regularly and are very strict about genital hygiene, the pink discharge can be side effect. Continue with your treatment. Take care not to injure vagina while inserting pessary. Pinkish vaginal discharge following white / yellow discharge and cramps in between need to be checked by a gynecologist.
