Hi.
As per your case history you are having a condition called as pityriasis versicolor.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. This condition is caused by excessive perspiration.
2. Use a mild antiseptic soap like Dettol for bathing. Avoid eating spicy foods.
3. Apply a antifungal lotion like ketoconazole lotion twice daily.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole and terbinafine.

Thanks.
