What Causes Brown Spots All Over The Body While Treating Renal Colic?

hey before 2 months i took 12 paracetamol(extra pandol) at once and 13 ibuprofen 400mg each and 2 of them was 600mg i took the ibuprofen at friday and paracetmol at sat so 2 hours after taking the paracetamol i went to the a&e and they kept me for 2 days but 2 weeks i was still suffering from pain so they told me i have a renal colic and Also one month after the overdose i did a barium meal test and i had mild gastroesophageal reflux but 2 months now i experienced brown spots all over my body they are small and i have purple spot in my knees that come and go it was first between the thighs then now its on my knee its lile a reddish purple today when i pressed on it it became more like red im really concerned about the brown spots that are all over my body also i did many tests which assures that i have no liver damage the last test was before 1 month so what do you think?

There are unusual cases of drug reaction, where there are delayed manifestations of the clinical symptoms as in your case. The culprit is ibuprofen over dose, though liver function test was normal before 1 month, current skin lesions are definitely in concern with the over dose effects of the ibuprofen tablet. The explanation behind the reason is auto immune response via antibodies formation against metabolites of the ibuprofen, which can take different days in various cases.
