What Causes Brown Dots Under The Armpit?

My daughter has 2 sets or two small brown dots together under her armpit. It looks like a splinter or something going thru her skin. It doesn t bother her or hurt but I don t know what it is. At first I thought it was a spider bite or something but it has been there for a few months now and she had another one
