What Causes Brown Colored Discharge After Urinating With History Of Hysterectomy?
I m 50 and noticed that only sometimes it is light brown (very small) when I wipe after I pee- urine is normal color and it only happens sometimes and only first thing in the morning. I had a partial hysterectomy, leaving my ovaries, 12 years ago.

Any abnormal bleeding in this age needs evaluation. Kindly consult your gynecologist for the same. Depending on the situation, you may be asked for a Pap smear or ultrasound abdomen.
