What Causes Breathlessness And Weakness In Legs While Walking?
I am 33 and was fit but lately running upstairs I get really out of breath and weakness in my legs and have to sit down as my heart is beating so fast?? What s wrong, also when walking to work my arms feel like their weighed down like lead I feel like my body is shutting down I suffer with depression which has been specifically worse this last week???......

please get a Lipid profile and a ecg and report.
also report after how many stairs you feel uncomfortable and whether you also have chest pain.
you have also mentioned about depression. so also elaborate since when are you are feeling depressed and have you started having these breathlessness episodes after that or they were before you started feeling depressed
