What Causes Breathlessness And Lightheaded During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m a 23 year old holding at 28.5 weeks of pregnancy. Last night I suddenly couldn t catch my breath, felt lightheaded and had rapid heart palpitations. The same happened this morning. I am already taking iron supplements, as well as a prenatal vitamin. What could be the cause of this? Thank you

One of the most common causes especially in women is anemia. But panic and anxiety are also commonly seen. Please visit your doctor for a thorough evaluation.
