General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience with chest pain tightness discomfort tiredness tingling sensations on the limbs with a history of anaemia migraine PFO and colitis I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Anemia heart failure
Angina pectoris
Myocardial ischaemia
Coronary vasospasm
Costochondritis
Aortic Aneurysm
Aortic dissection

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Serum electrolytes
Coronary angiography
Complete blood count

Meanwhile please see a cardiologist specialist with the result and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Concerning your vitamin B12 deficiency I am suggesting that you have folate deficiency anaemia which can precipitate atrophic gastritis so please take multivitamins capsules to correct the anomaly

I hope this helps Regards

I find this answer helpful
