What Causes Breathing Problem, Fever, Productive Cough And Chills In Pneumonia Patient?

I was diagnosed with bacterial Pneumonia on the 25th of July. My last chest x-ray was on August 1st and was clear. I stopped levaquin on the 3rd. Over the weekend things have gone downhill, it is hard to breathe and my temperature is elevated. I m beginning to cough up sputum again and feel chilled. I am supposed to return to work tomorrow but I feel like I am going downhill rapidly. What should I do in a situation like this
