What Causes Breathing Difficulty?

i think, and hass been thinking for a long time and i have a nasal problem i thought and did 2 times suregry in india, very small results appeared.after some time now still i see the problem,but recently doctor ahs sent a pipe and seen nothing is there he said, so is it a adenoid or left and right glands affecting or thiroid, what is that causing me trouble in full breathing hindering or affecting?or whaT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MY BREATHING , I CAN FEEL SILGHTLY NOSTHRIL,BUT MAY BE MORE INTERIOR,HOW TO MAKE IT MORE FREE BREATHING????

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of rhinitis is more in your case.
Despite of nasal surgeries, you still have symptoms. So possibility of rhinitis, mostly allergic is more in your case.
So try following things for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid dust, pollens, pollution, chemicals etc.
2. Start combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
3. Start intranasal spray containing steroid.
4. Take steam inhalation 5-6 times a day.
Your breathing will mostly improve with all these.
